Spruce up the Church Campus: Join us on Saturday, March 1, from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM, to clean up our campus. Focus will be on cleaning up leaves, power washing areas in need and cleaning up rock beds.
Bible Reading Plan: On March 5th, there will be a selection of reading plans in the narthex, to promote reading the Bible during this Lenten season.
Car Wash, Saturday, March 8th from 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Kyle Hilgendorf’s baseball team will be a hosting a car wash in our parking lot to raise funds to compete in the 12U baseball tournament in Cooperstown, NY, this summer.
LWML Will Be Collecting For Toiletry Kits to Send to Ronald McDonald House: Items needed are travel size, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Please place items in the Bride’s Room. Thank you for participating in this endeavor.

Seniors First: As part of Social Ministry at Christ The King, we are seeking volunteers to help with Senior First programs. These programs have a profound impact on the lives of our senior community members. Some of the services Seniors First provides and needs assistance with are The Meal on Wheels program, Project Connect, Office Administration, Food Pantry, The Neighborhood Lunch program and much more. Clothing Donation Drop Off Box: Is located indefinitely in our parking lot. Please feel free to donate any used clothing, shoes, sneakers, belts, purses, linens, pillowcases, blankets, curtains and stuffed animals. Please place them in plastic trash bags and tie the end. Thank you!
Looking for Volunteers to Assist With Fellowship: Cookies/pastries are provided. Coffee is already prepared. Your responsibility would be to plate the provided items, pour the lemonade/water, and clean up. Having more volunteers on hand will lighten the load on other volunteers. See Karen or Wendy if you have any questions. There is a sign-up sheet in Barnabas Hall through December.
A New Ministry: Crocheters and Knitters: CTK would like to present a blanket to a child who is being baptized, which represents God’s embrace on that day. In the future it can become a prayer shawl with just one fold. If you would like to participate in this ministry, please contact Mary Montie for complete details. Prayer Shawl Ministry: If you know of someone needing encouragement and a reminder of God’s loving arms around them, prayer shawls and cards are available through the church office. PreSchool Chapel: Wednesdays at 9:30 AM and will continue through the school year. All are welcome to attend.
